Whilst

key advantage of Aqua Cut is its ability to cut
curves. Water jet is the modern way to cut logos and
designs.

The inclusion of an individually designed pattern
or border into an entrance hall floor can look inspired.
Aqua Cut marquetry work is suitable for most
flooring materials including marble, granite, tile,
PVC, linoleum, stone, flotex, slate and rubber. It's
all a matter of imagination. A tight fit can be achieved
with combinations of materials producing stunning
designs. Lettering and signage in stainless steel,
brass and aluminium are equally successful.
In
exterior landscape situations hard material such as
paver bricks can be Aqua Cut up to 65mm thick.

Factory
based, it is a high tech service. Once a design is transferred
into the machines computer, the movement of a fine abrasive
water jet cuts around a shape at ultra high pressure
(58,000 psi).
CAD
technology is at the heart of the process but we can
work from just a simple sketch, developing your concept
into a computer-generated detailed drawing for approval.
The
factory accepts customers free issue materials, produces
CAD/CAM drawings for approval and delivers the finished
designs to site nation-wide - complete with a grid referenced
method statement to ensure trouble free laying.

Cost
is dependant upon a combination of design complexity, material
type and rate of cutting speed. However the perceived added
value to the project is likely to be infinitely greater than
the cost. As each and every job is different, it is priced
